yeah, this is a john mayer sample. forgot the song. it was either on “room for squares” or “heavier things” though. if we put “featuring” on every song with a sample on it, album credits
a) telling pac he “never seen you as lyrical”? 1) he’s wrong and 2) his lyrics aren’t better than pac’s, so who’s he to say that, anyway?
and
b) that’s all he would have to say to obama if he wrote him a letter? wow.
this song had a lot of potential. he should have really put more thought into what he’d say to these people if he could write them a letter though.

hmm. weird. one of my sentences got cut short. should have read ” if we put “featuring” on every song with a sample on it, album credits would be way longer (just imagine how much thicker the public enemy liner notes would be…LOL)”

sample is from “3×5″ off the “room for squares” album. first lines in the track, actually. great tune.
