The DMV music community, led by the most-influential DJs will host a series of industry mixers and live radio broadcasts called “The DJs Afterparty” at AfterHours Recording Studio this summer. Proceeds and donations from these mixers will send at-risk youth to music/arts camp this August at AfterHours Recording studio, where students will learn music composition, recording, DJing, and digital photography. During the DJs After Party, artists will record live tracks for the DJs After Party compilation mixtape, get exposure on today’s hottest radio shows, and meet and mingle with the elite during these laid back, fun mixers.
