The homie Lyriciss sent this:
On the night of 11/25/08, jben.ok and The Funkadelic Freestyles Radio Show brought in the Thanksgiving break right properly by having DMV heavyhitters in and out of the studio for 4 hours, including Marky, AB The Producer, NandoMcFlyy., Cayan, E. Major, and more. For the last 30-45 minutes of the show, 5 of the DMV’s most-respected MCs (X.O., Lyriciss, Benji, Toney Nightmare, & Hu$$tle) freestyled off the dome to close out the show. You can listen in at the zShare link below. Definitely a classic night for DMV hip-hop.

He wants ya’ll to get to know him a tad more:
I’m a hip hop artist from P.G. County, Maryland. I represent Ft. Wash all day, everyday but have strong connections throughout the D.M.V. In 2001 I hooked up with Uptown native Benji and Southside rep Toney Nightmare to help create the 3Stars2Bars Music imprint and put out numerous mixtapes from 2004-200?. We started with the “202 Mixtape” series back in ’04. And here we are now in ’08 with the “Hide Ur Beats” series, which is getting more popular by the week, thanks in part to FTDMVO and Dcmumbosauce blogspots.
As the only Maryland artist on the label I deliver a contrasting style to an already unique D.C. flavor. The track “Hand on My C***” is a prime example of what I bring to the table. You see Uptown artist tend to have a more uptempo flow, Southside gives you the grimy side of the story on hypnotizing production; while P.G. is almost overconfident in the lyrics and we love to make you bounce. So that’s what “Hand On My C***” is about, makin you bounce but also letting you know we don’t play no games out here either. So I present to you “Hand On My C*@*.”
