PHZ-Sicks – CPR x Italy (prod. by Black Milk)
Ending the series off of PHZ-Sicks x Black Milk’s “Music from the Purple Tape”, PHZ-Sicks drops off two bangers on different ends of spectrum. “CPR” is a lyrical exercise over one of the hardest beats on the classic mixtape. “Italy”, on the other hand, is Sick pondering through his thoughts about a person he cares about. This is the last of the PHZ-Sicks x Black Milk and we are not entering in to the stages of “Less Than Zero.”PHZ-Sicks – Yerrdig! (Prod. by Black Milk)
Taking a break between interviews and mixtapes, PHZ-Sicks decides to go in on Black Milk’s “Music from the Purple Tape.” Music from the Purple Tape is a classic beat tape which samples around Prince’s whole music catalog. PHZ-Sicks starts off with “Yerrdig!”, which contains a sample of Prince’s “The Beautiful Ones”, off The Purple Rain soundtrack. This isn’t the first time Sick has used The Purple Tape (“Universal Monster”) and it won’t be the last, due to two more coming out next week. Stay tuned.

The First “Universal Monster” uses a Black Milk (of Tronic fame) “Purple Tape” beat to weave a tale of lyrical superiority. The second song, The Preview (the first song from the mixtape) uses a Melo-X produced track from his, “The Way I Am” instrumental mixtape.
